Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Senior CRO/Performance Marketing professional to own and optimize high-traffic landing pages and funnels. You will execute tests, QA launches, and produce clear insights to improve conversion and revenue across multiple campaigns.

You will balance internal and external KPIs while collaborating with Copy, Design, and Media teams to move quickly from idea to implementation in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO role.
• Experience running tests, QA launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfort updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns.
• Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting.
• Balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, finalize creative, and prep launches efficiently.
• Create and monitor reports that track multiple KPIs, both internal and external.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on assigned offer verticals and support optimization leads.
