Launch Potato is seeking a performance-focused optimization specialist to lead high-impact landing page and funnel tests across our portfolio of brands. You will own test strategy, build experiments, analyze outcomes, and report insights to drive revenue while balancing multiple KPIs.

This remote-first role collaborates with Copy, Design, and Media teams across campaigns and verticals. Expect a base salary aligned with market rates, plus a profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong follow-through and task ownership.
• Understands direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments.
• Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes.
• Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS.
• Solid understanding of what impacts conversion, even if you're not the strategist.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests across high-traffic campaigns.
• Balance internal and external KPIs while driving revenue-driving optimizations.
• Pilot multi-variant analyses and document results for future optimizations.
• Collaborate with Copy, Design, and Media teams to prep launches efficiently.
• Ensure tests are implemented accurately, tracked, and follow specifications.
• Provide clear insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
