Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager (Homebased/100% Remote) to lead large-scale oncology CRO projects from start-up through closeout. The role requires a strong client-facing leader capable of managing global trials, budgets, timelines, and quality with rigorous oversight.

Must have 4+ years of CRO project management experience, with oncology trial expertise and a willingness to travel. Advanced degrees are a plus, and the position is fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of CRO project management experience
• Experience with oncology trials, radiopharmaceuticals, or cell therapies is preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project management for CRO studies and ensure clear, timely communication
• Oversee all functional services and external vendors to meet timelines and budgets
• Manage study budgets, change orders, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
• Maintain eTMF readiness and quality management across projects
• Develop robust project plans with risk management and milestones
• Prepare accurate status updates and KPIs for clients and management
• Mentor team members and collaborate across functions to ensure quality
