Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience at a CRO or proven leadership/management experience.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for all study-related items and oversee conduct from start-up to close-out.
• Execute operational aspects of project activities and special projects.
• Assist in protocol, CRF, regulatory document, and master file development.
• Develop and monitor communication, monitoring, and training plans; ensure timelines and budgets.
• Plan and facilitate investigator meetings; recruit investigators and assist in budget negotiations.
• Supervise PMs and team members; report project progress to Sponsor.
