Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead end-to-end clinical trial operations with a focus on oncology. This fully remote contract role prefers candidates in the EST time zone, with the position based out of Waltham, MA.

You will supervise trial operations, oversee CRA monitoring and vendor management, ensure adherence to GCP, FDA and ICH guidelines, and coordinate cross-functional study decisions across international sites in EU, CA and Australia.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience.
• 3+ years of oncology experience.
• Experience with study budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
• Sponsor experience.
• Working knowledge of GCPs and FDA and ICH regulations.
• Ability to lead effective meetings and ensure cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Clinical Trial Operations, including project management and study center activities.
• Oversee CRA monitoring activities and vendor management.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication of important study decisions and milestones.
• Lead effective meetings and demonstrate good judgment.
• Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with GCPs, FDA, and ICH regulations and guidelines.
• Manage external service providers and international clinical trials in regions including EU, CA, and Australia.
