Actalent is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager (Homebased/100% Remote) to lead oncology-focused, full-service CRO clinical studies from start-up to closeout.

You will drive budgets, timelines, risk management, and quality across global trials while maintaining strong client relationships and rigorous financial oversight. Formación

• Extensive full-service CRO project management experience with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong oncology PM experience, prioritizing radiopharmaceuticals, CAR-T/cell therapy, then general oncology.
• 7+ years clinical research experience with at least 4 years in direct PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in science/health; advanced degree preferred (NA/EU).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for assigned clinical study projects.
• Coordinate and oversee all functional services, including external vendors, to meet timeline and budget.
• Manage the overall study budget, scope adherence, and change orders as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to support delivery of activities and coat responsibilities for limited-scope projects.
• Oversee financial health: profitability, billable hours, and on-time billing/forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and proactive risk management.
• Ensure quality management, including eTMF readiness and CAPA/quality actions.
• Collaborate with all functional operations to support program delivery and document reviews.
• Establish tracking metrics to monitor progress and risks.
• Prepare status updates for clients and senior management with KPIs and improvement ideas.
• Lead internal and client meetings; set expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate protocol/study issues and deviations to clients and management with actions.
• Conduct formal presentations to diverse audiences and participate in bid defenses.
• Ensure training implementation and ongoing compliance for studies.
• Support business development and marketing activities, including travel for bid defenses and client meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned and stay compliant with training/time reporting.
• Provide feedback to team members and demonstrate leadership through mentorship and escalation handling.
