Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, CRM to act as a strategic partner for enterprise clients. You will drive customer engagement, retention, and growth by developing data-driven strategies and optimizing campaign performance across the Zeta Marketing Platform.

You will own relationships with a portfolio of clients, collaborating with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex marketing challenges into actionable solutions, ensuring measurable business

Qualifications

5+ years in Customer Success or related client-facing role in MarTech/SaaS/digital marketing.
Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, loyalty programs, and lifecycle strategies.
Experience managing enterprise client relationships and advising senior marketing stakeholders.
Ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship management, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management and ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

Own Strategic Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business objectives, marketing strategies, and KPIs.
