Qualifications

• Must have healthcare industry experience or familiarity with health services workflows.
• 3+ years CRM tool experience with Salesforce preferably in a sales/support function.
• 1+ year reporting experience and ability to create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access and roles for the CRM tool.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with IT on testing and deployment of CRM changes.
