• Strong understanding of advancement use cases and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Translate goals into technical specs and decide configuration vs development.
• Develop process maps, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows and automations to improve data quality.
• Oversee data quality, imports, mapping, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage Salesforce/ascend users, licenses, and security with LITS.
