Points of Light Institute seeks a Manager, CRM & Program Enablement to partner with Corporate Programs and Nonprofit & Impact Programs. The role drives Salesforce workflows, data quality, and reporting while delivering role-based training and operational support across client teams.

Remote-first with a US focus; preferred location in Eastern/Central time zones. Requires 3–5 years in CRM enablement and strong proficiency in Salesforce, Office, and SharePoint.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM enablement, program operations, or related field.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM; experience building reports/dashboards preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows, meetings and documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Corporate Programs, Nonprofit and Impact Programs and cross-functional meetings; manage materials, decisions, and actions.
• Translate needs into Salesforce requirements and support rollout of approved workflows.
• Provide role-based Salesforce training and monitor adoption and data completeness.
• Develop reports and dashboards; ensure data quality and documentation across stakeholders.
• Lead time-bound cross-functional Tiger Teams with defined scope and sponsor.
