Job summary

Highmark Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced CRM-focused professional to manage the Salesforce-based CRM tool used by the Sales team. You will ensure users are provisioned, trained, and supported, while driving adoption and effectiveness of the system.

The role evolves with CRM technology, reporting to the Sales Enablement leader, and requires collaboration with IT, analytics, and various business partners to implement dashboards, reports, and training materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Health Care Industry experience
• 3 years CRM Tool experience
• 1 year Reporting experience
• 1 year Training & Development
• 3 years Salesforce experience
• 3 years Business Support Analyst or Information Systems experience
• 1 year WalkMe & TeachMe builder experience
• Salesforce Admin certification within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Maintain user access to the CRM tool ensuring roles and profiles are set-up and assigned correctly.
• Conduct analyses to determine historical trends, glean forward-looking insights and provide recommendations to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure Sales staff receive onboarding and training on the CRM system and ongoing user support.
• Oversee the opportunity pipeline data for the commercial Sales team and develop reports/dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.
