Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Product Owner to own the roadmap and releases for a defined Field Tools CRM product in the US. This role partners with IT, vendors, and commercial stakeholders to translate needs into solutions that support field teams and patient outcomes.

You will drive agility, adoption, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams. The position requires leading complex initiatives, advising on data flows, and ensuring the product health and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience in field leadership, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with AI-enabled CRM capabilities and data analytics.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM platforms.
• Experience leading broad organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of pharma/biotech and healthcare industry operations.
• Strong leadership to drive organizational strategy in a complex matrix.
• Ability to lead without authority and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the roadmap for assigned CRM product in collaboration with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Translate commercial needs into actionable requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Represent field users and ensure their needs influence product decisions.
• Track tool health, adoption metrics, and issue trends; escalate with data-driven actions.
• Champion change management and support user training and adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
