Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Product Owner to lead the roadmap and delivery of a Field Tools CRM product. You will translate commercial needs into actionable requirements, own the backlog, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and field teams to ensure adoption and impact.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, track health metrics, and guide delivery through agile ceremonies. A strong leadership presence and experience in pharma commercialization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience across field leadership, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with AI-enabled CRM capabilities, data analytics, and digital customer engagement is highly desirable.
• Deep familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and/or Veeva, and the broader commercial technology ecosystem.
• Experience leading broad organizational change initiatives; strong collaboration across matrix teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the designated CRM tool within AbbVie’s Field Tools portfolio.
• Translate US commercial needs into detailed requirements and user stories; manage the product backlog and prioritization.
• Track tool health, adoption metrics, and integration dependencies; communicate findings to leadership.
• Champion change management and product adoption; collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value.
