Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Digital Lab Director of CRM to lead vision, strategy, and roadmaps for advancing CRM and 1:1 omnichannel experiences across US Commercial. You will partner with senior leaders to drive AI-enabled transformations and orchestrate campaigns end-to-end across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of CRM and 1:1 marketing experience.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership of omnichannel CRM programs across channels.
• Executive-level collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong client service, process, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CRM Digital Transformation and 1:1 Omnichannel capabilities for US Commercial.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of leaders for CRM operations and marketing automation transformation.
• Define and implement enterprise approaches to advance CRM omnichannel capabilities; build business cases and secure buy-in.
• Drive CRM innovation by identifying 1:1 marketing and AI-driven personalization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative/Digital agencies, Brand teams, Media, Analytics, BTS, Field Ops, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal.
• Prioritize priorities from US Commercial leadership and manage team capacity.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive leaders in US Commercial.
• Document and socialize best practices across AbbVie CRM strategies for Consumer, Patient, and HCP.
