Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Field Tools COE leader to optimize field analytics and CRM tools, driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on strategy, deployment, and training to boost field force effectiveness in support of Immunology strategies.

The candidate should have 5+ years in pharma, strong technical and regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills to partner with senior field leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or health-related field required.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with in-field activities.
• 5+ years implementing new technology systems or in project management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and communication.
• Excellent business acumen and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and main contact for field leadership across AbbVie’s vertical teams.
• Design, test, and deploy field tool releases (Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Qlik, Power BI).
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to define requirements and project plans.
• Provide training plans and initial/advanced field training on tools.
• Offer process improvements and root-cause analysis for system issues.
