Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM and Personalization projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee development and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and other channels.
• Solve problems with data-driven, cross-functional collaboration to improve CRM programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale CRM operations.
• Monitor CRM KPIs and provide data-backed insights for optimization.
