Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 8+ years of B2C growth, CRM strategy, and personalization experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Lead personalized customer journeys across emails, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, digital, delivery, and IT for alignment.
• Define KPIs and optimize marketing automation workflows.
