Job summary

The University of Maine is seeking a CRM Operations support role to configure and track communications for new student enrollment. This position works with Salesforce and TargetX, builds on-campus admissions events, and monitors inquiry and counselor data.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Configure and track communication campaigns in Salesforce/TargetX.
• Build on campus admissions events within Salesforce CRM and supporting systems.
• Monitor inquiry data, counselor territory data, and data imports.
• Serve as backup for the director when refreshing PeopleSoft data extractions.
