Job summary

University of Baltimore seeks a CRM Coordinator to manage UBalt’s CRM ecosystem, coordinating Salesforce, Target X and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. You will support recruitment and enrollment communications, create records and reports, and optimize data exchanges across systems to guide applicants through the enrollment funnel.

The role requires collaboration across the Division of Enrollment Management and campus offices, with on-campus work and up to three days of telework upon approval.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, support, and communicate with prospective students through coordination of multiple CRM systems.
• Monitor and improve operational standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Management and related offices to manage data flows for admissions communications and events.
• Ensure CRM integration and data integrity across systems used by UBalt admissions and enrollment offices.
• Develop reports and queries; train staff on CRM processes and usage.
