Job summary

Aristocrat Senior Marketing CRM Manager role seeks someone to build data-driven strategies that boost player retention, acquisition and lifetime value. You will design customer journeys via segmentation and personalized promotions, partnering with Marketing, Product, Business Analytics and Technology to drive conversion and engagement.

Lead a team of CRM/marketing specialists, implement real-time, event-driven campaigns, and apply AI-driven personalization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CRM, retention or CLM within regulated iGaming/sports betting.
• Experience with real-time CRM tools and automation.
• Strong analytical abilities to turn data into strategy.
• Proven segmentation and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience with AI-powered engagement strategies.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CLMC strategy to drive retention and engagement.
• Leverage real-time CRM to build personalized, automated customer journeys.
• Define segmentation models to enhance targeting and engagement.
• Align CLMC with business goals to improve LTV and reduce churn.
• Lead real-time, event-driven campaigns reacting to player behavior.
• Apply AI-driven personalization for hyper-targeted promotions.
• Partner with Product and Tech to integrate CRM with live data feeds.
• Develop and track metrics like FD conversion, CPAs, CPCs.
• Improve GP value across digital marketing channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analyses to optimize campaigns.
• Implement robust player segmentation and personalized experiences.
• Build targeted promotions that balance engagement with efficiency.
• Ensure promotions align with regulatory and responsible gaming policies.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Managed Services.
• Lead CRM/marketing teams and drive data-informed decisions.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
