Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Manager of CRM Marketing to design and execute data-driven strategies that boost player retention, acquisition, and lifetime value. You will craft customer journeys, segment audiences, and deliver hyper-targeted promotions using AI-augmented personalization.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology to enable real-time data integration and scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years in CRM, Retention Marketing, or CLM within regulated iGaming or sports betting.
• Expertise in digital marketing, real-time CRM tools, personalization engines, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CLCM strategy to drive retention and engagement.
• Build personalized, automated customer journeys using real-time CRM capabilities.
• Define segmentation models and optimize targeting to improve engagement rates.
• Align CRM strategies with business objectives to maximize CLV and reduce churn.
• Lead real-time, event-driven CRM campaigns and AI-driven promotions.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to integrate CRM with live player data feeds.
• Develop metrics and track FD conversion rates, CPAs, CPCs; report to stakeholders.
• Lead CRM and marketing teams; promote data-driven decision making.
