Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Life Cycle Management within regulated iGaming and sports betting markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Real-time CRM tools, personalization engines, and automation technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record in player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention optimization.
• Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, and engagement strategies powered by artificial intelligence.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior collaborators.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in gaming and responsible gaming initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CLCM strategy to drive retention and engagement.
• Leverage real-time CRM to build personalized, automated customer journeys.
• Define segmentation models to enhance targeting and engagement rates.
• Align CLCM strategies with business objectives to improve LTV and reduce churn.
• Build and optimize real-time, event-driven CRM campaigns reacting to player behavior.
• Apply AI-driven personalization to deliver hyper-targeted promotions.
• Partner with Product and Tech to integrate CRM with real-time data feeds.
• Develop metrics such as FD conversion rates, CPAs, and CPCs.
• Lead CRM and marketing specialists; promote data-driven decision-making.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
