Qualifications

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Life Cycle Management strategy to drive retention, engagement, and loyalty.
• Leverage real-time CRM capabilities to build personalized, automated customer journeys.
• Define segmentation models to enhance targeting and engagement rates.
• Align CRM strategies with business objectives to improve Customer Lifetime Value and reduce churn.
• Build real-time, event-driven CRM campaigns reacting to player behavior instantly.
• Apply AI-driven recommendations to deliver hyper-targeted promotions.
• Partner with Product and Tech to integrate CRM with real-time data feeds.
• Develop and track metrics such as FD conversion rates, CPAs, CPCs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
