You will optimize customer journeys with segmentation and personalized promotions, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to enhance conversion and retention.

You will lead CRM specialists, build real-time campaigns, and apply AI-driven personalization while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

7+ years in CRM, retention marketing, or customer lifecycle management in regulated markets.
Knowledge of digital marketing, real-time CRM tools, and automation technologies.
Strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable strategies.
Proven track record in segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM lifecycle strategy to drive retention and engagement.
Leverage real-time CRM capabilities to build personalized, automated journeys.
