Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to lead the CRM strategy across lifecycle, loyalty, and acquisition. You will own the customer experience vision, map journeys, and drive hyper-personalization at scale with CDP-enabled personalization and AI enhancements.

You will lead a team of Senior Digital Marketing Specialists, guide prioritization, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, and ensure scalable CRM operations, testing plans, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CRM strategy across lifecycle, loyalty, and acquisition.
• Experience building and guiding customer journeys at scale using data-driven personalization.
• Strong leadership of senior digital marketing professionals and cross-functional partners.
