Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to own CRM strategy, customer experience vision, and long-term scalability across lifecycle, loyalty, acquisition, automation, CDP-enabled personalization, and AI-enhanced marketing.

You will lead a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, drive enterprise data readiness, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment with analytics, tech, and creative. Salary will be commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits package included.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall CRM strategy across lifecycle, personalization, loyalty, retention, acquisition, automation, and customer experience.
• Own customer journey mapping, journey planning, and journey execution across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, winback, reactivation, and retention moments.
• Lead the CRM roadmap with CDP capabilities, automations, testing plans, AI enhancements, and personalization use cases.
• Manage, develop, and set clear priorities for Senior Digital Marketing Specialists; build execution standards for scalable work.
