Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to own the CRM strategy and customer journey across lifecycle, loyalty, and acquisition. This role sets the vision for hyper-personalized experiences, leveraging CDP-enabled personalization and AI-driven optimization, with a roadmap to scale CRM across markets.

You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists, govern CRM platforms, and partner with analytics, merchandising, and operations to ensure offers are relevant and compliant.

• Define and own the overall CRM strategy across lifecycle and personalization.

• Lead governance of CRM platforms, data quality, and vendor relationships with clear SLAs.
• Mentor and manage a team of Senior Digital Marketing Specialists for high-impact delivery.
• Ensure CRM operations are scalable, compliant, and effective across markets.
