Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to own the CRM strategy, customer experience vision, and long-term scalability across lifecycle, loyalty, acquisition, automation, and AI-enabled marketing. You will lead the CRM roadmap and drive hyper-personalization at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM leadership experience
• Proven ability to define and drive a CRM roadmap
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, and product
• Experience with personalization, loyalty, and lifecycle optimization

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall CRM strategy and roadmap across lifecycle, personalization, loyalty, and acquisition
• Lead and mentor the Senior Digital Marketing Specialists; establish priorities and standards
• Ensure scalable, compliant CRM operations, governance, testing, and documentation
• Own offer decisioning, targeting rules, and marketing automation across channels
• Maintain expertise across email, SMS, push, in-app, web, and paid channels and drive AI-enabled optimization
• Identify and implement data pipelines and CDP integrations for accurate customer insights
• Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, technology, commerce, and operations to align on CRM goals
• Lead market expansion readiness and innovation for new channels and approaches
• Deliver clear, measurable outcomes and maintain strong partner relationships
