Qualifications

• Own the CRM strategy across lifecycle, personalization, loyalty, retention, acquisition, automation, and customer experience.
• Define segmentation, testing cadence, and channel mix; identify optimization opportunities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own overall CRM strategy across lifecycle and personalization; map and execute customer journeys.
• Lead and develop Senior Digital Marketing Specialists; drive clear ownership and execution standards.
• Ensure CRM operations are scalable, repeatable, and governed; manage vendors and platforms with accountability.
• Own offer decisioning and personalization; translate signals into next-best-action experiences.
• Lead channel, device, and ecosystem leadership; monitor privacy, attribution, and platform changes.
• Enable data readiness: source-of-truth, data quality, identity resolution, and timely activation.
• Set KPIs and insights; align CRM initiatives with broader business goals and leadership expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, marketing, and operations; drive governance and cadence.
• Lead market expansion and innovation; balance experimentation with operational discipline.
• Define success: scalable CRM strategy, minimal escalations, improved performance, and trusted leadership.
