• Define and own the overall CRM strategy across lifecycle, personalization, loyalty, retention, acquisition, automation.
• Establish guardrails for segmentation, testing, cadence, and channel mix.
• Identify optimization opportunities at scale with automation and AI enhancements.
• Own customer journey mapping and execution across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and retention moments.
• Build the CRM roadmap aligning CDP capabilities and personalization use cases with long-term vision.
• Lead hyper-personalization initiatives using data, triggers, and AI-driven decisioning.
• Manage and develop Senior Digital Marketing Specialists to deliver at scale.
