Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to own the CRM strategy, customer experience vision, and long-term scalability across lifecycle, loyalty, acquisition, automation, CDP-enabled personalization, and AI-enhanced marketing.

You will lead hyper-personalized journeys at scale, build the roadmap, and ensure CRM drives growth while delivering delightful customer experiences. Remote work is available, with preferred east-coast locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM/marketing leadership experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to design and scale CRM strategies across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall CRM strategy across lifecycle, personalization, loyalty, retention, and acquisition.
• Lead the CRM roadmap with CDP, automation, testing plans, and AI-driven personalization.
• Manage day-to-day CRM platform health, governance, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with analytics, engineering, merchandising, ecommerce, and operations to implement scalable CRM initiatives.
• Build a high-performing team, set clear priorities, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
