Job summary

recteq is seeking a data-minded Senior CRM & Loyalty Specialist to drive customer growth, engagement, and retention. This full-time contractor will execute email, SMS, lifecycle, loyalty, and ratings programs while turning customer data into clear recommendations.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and customer service to improve campaign performance, repeat purchase behavior, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM and loyalty programs.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Bazaarvoice preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent organized and proactive with channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, retention, and win-back journeys.
• Support loyalty and retention programs through day-to-day execution, reporting, testing, and recommendations.
• Manage ratings and reviews programs, including review generation, syndication, reporting, and competitive monitoring.
• Build customer cohorts and analyze behavioral trends to find retention opportunities and churn risks.
• Develop customer segments and audiences for targeted marketing across channels.
