Job summary

Terrabis is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, CRM & Loyalty to drive customer retention through SMS/email campaigns, audience creation, and CRM data maintenance. You will act as the primary contact for loyalty members by phone and mail, reporting to the Marketing Manager, Growth & Communications.

This role emphasizes engagement, rewards, and repeat business. Responsibilities include campaign execution, audience management, data hygiene, KPI tracking, and cross-team collaboration with store teams

Qualifications

1–3 years hands-on CRM experience building and sending email/SMS campaigns.
Customer service experience, ideally including phone support.
Cannabis retail or dispensary experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and send SMS and email campaigns in Alpine IQ (AIQ) or other CRM tools, from brief through final QA.
Create and maintain audiences and segments based on purchase behavior, visit frequency, preferences, and loyalty tier.
Track retention and campaign KPIs and compile regular performance reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for store teams on CRM and loyalty questions, escalating complex issues as needed.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of loyalty rules, tiers, processes, and customer-facing communications.
