Job summary

Specialty Restaurants is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee CRM, growth and loyalty across our portfolio of brands. You will craft guest journeys from enrollment to retention, manage email and SMS campaigns, and ensure accurate local listings and website content.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations and IT to optimize conversions, loyalty enrollment, and long-term brand

Qualifications

3-5 years of digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty marketing, or related experience.
Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, VIP, or membership programs.
Experience managing digital listings and website content across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage loyalty, VIP and membership programs across the brand portfolio.
Create and optimize CRM and loyalty communications calendars and campaigns.
Manage email, SMS and on-site messaging with A/B testing and performance analysis.
Direct website content updates and maintain SEO fundamentals across platforms.
