Job summary

Good Sam Enterprises, LLC is seeking a senior CRM lifecycle marketing leader to own the acquisition and engagement strategy across email, direct mail, SMS, and other channels. You will define audience strategy, drive conversions, and partner with CRM Strategy, IT/Data Engineering, and Analytics to maximize revenue from membership, campground programs, and credit card initiatives.

You will lead a small team, leverage data-driven testing, and apply AI/automation insights to improve personalization

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CRM lifecycle marketing with data-driven acquisition and engagement outcomes.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar MAP platform.
• Strong data fluency, able to validate upstream data integrity across systems.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, SMS) and conversion outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and engagement lifecycle from audience definition to channel execution and revenue reporting.
• Define audience strategy using data signals and testing to maximize outcomes; establish holdouts and incrementality measurements.
• Lead cross-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, SMS, and other channels with a focus on enrollment and points engagement.
• Monitor performance, diagnose data or pipeline issues, and coordinate fixes with CRM and data teams.
