Job summary

SafetyChain Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior CRM & GTM Systems Administrator to own HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM tech stack across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Operations. You will ensure data integrity, build scalable automations, and partner with stakeholders to keep systems aligned as the company grows.

This role offers a flexible, autonomous environment with end-to-end ownership of the platforms and a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical field, information systems, marketing, business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on CRM administration experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience owning a broader GTM tech stack with integrations and data flows.
• Strong data hygiene, automation, reporting, and APIs understanding.
• Ability to translate requirements across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot CRM configuration, data integrity, and governance across the GTM stack.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and reports.
• Oversee integrations and two-way data syncs between platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop internal documentation and provide end-user training and support.
