Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Administration & Development stream within CRM Engineering – Field Enablement. You will drive end-to-end design, administration, customization, and AI-powered development across the Veeva/Vault CRM ecosystem and lead a global team across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 9+ years IT experience in CRM software development and enterprise solution delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on Veeva CRM experience across UIX, admin, and integrations.
• 2 active technical certifications relevant to CRM or cloud platforms.
• Strong communication for leadership and cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define AI-powered engineering strategy across CRM & EM capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end UIX strategy for Veeva UIX, MyInsights/X-Pages, and dashboards.
• Manage global CRM engineering teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Oversee platform administration, security models, and data loading operations.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices for CRM configurations.
