Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant for the Align product within the Vault CRM Suite. You will manage global projects with embedded AI capabilities, leading business process due diligence and documenting end-user requirements for life sciences clients.

You will collaborate with pharma and medical device customers, mentor junior staff, and drive best practices while delivering high-quality implementations in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Consulting or Pharma Commercial Operations Sales Planning.
• Hands-on data management and analysis; skilled with MS Excel, Access, or SQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead in business processes due diligence and requirements documentation.
• Design, create, and document end-user requirements for implementation projects.
• Meet with senior management as SME and articulate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Mentor and develop team members; lead and accelerate best practices.
