Job summary

Wesco seeks a Senior Specialist – Commercial Deployment & Utilization to lead CRM deployment across our commercial platforms and drive continuous improvements in sales outcomes. You will manage deployment planning, training development, and deliver virtual and in-person coaching to end-users.

You will develop training materials, review content for consistency, and collaborate with Product Owners to simplify complex information for coaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 6+ years of training, sales, marketing or commercial experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources.
• Ability to consult with all levels of management to determine viable solutions.
• Ability to develop training materials and programs from scratch.
• Understands traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, virtual or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment readiness process for Digital Data Platform (DDP) and commercial products like CRM (LISN), CPQ, Revenue Intelligence Tools, and Omnichannel applications.
• Ensure optimal utilization of commercial applications to increase deal size, embed services, accelerate closes, and improve profitability.
• Drive adoption of platform enhancements, including AI/ML, to optimize customer-facing activities and SLAs.
• Drive adoption of our enterprise sales methodology through CRM, CPQ and other applications.
• Develop, edit, and implement documents, PowerPoint presentations, and training modules.
• Review training materials to ensure consistent standards.
• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions with end-users for USD and related tools.
• Create tailored content for different learning styles and roles.
• Manage onboarding training for new users including USD CRM and Order Entry.
• Respond to emails promptly and solve problems independently.
• Ensure SLAs are met in ticketing and emails.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to translate complex info for coaches.
• Draft concise, engaging communications.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and users.
• Prioritize self-troubleshooting before seeking help.
• Create and manage resolutions for tickets.
• Lead monthly webinars with content creation and live presentations.
• Support and mentor Commercial Deployment Specialists.
