Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in critical power field service or technical support.
• Prior military training in electronics or avionics preferred.
• Experience enforcing compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical equipment relevant to UPS systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and remedial services to resolve technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell products.

Skills

Knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles
