Job summary

Charles River Development is seeking Senior Consultants to lead CRIMS implementations, translating client requirements into tuned configurations and successful go-lives. You will train users, test workflows, and resolve issues while collaborating with a cross‑functional Professional Services team across the US and Canada.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial IT, with experience in Front, Middle or Back Office investment management systems and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry
• Experience leading the implementation of Front Office or Middle Office Investment Management systems
• Proficiency with SQL is a must
• Experience with capital markets or other Financial IT projects is valued
• Ability to travel 30-50% across US and Canada

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, analyze requirements, ensure client readiness post go-live
• Support the Professional Services team and share best practices
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, execute proofs-of-concept for CRIMS
• Educate customers on methodologies and functionality of CRIMS
• Identify enhancements to Charles River solutions and document improvements
• Communicate defects clearly and assist in resolution and documentation improvements
