Job summary

Verve A Credit Union is seeking a Learning + Development Specialist to design, deliver, and coordinate learning experiences that prepare team members for their roles. You will manage onboarding, course content, and LMS records while supporting culture and service expectations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with subject matter experts, iterative improvement, and effective use of learning technologies to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience facilitating training or supporting learning programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a Learning Management System preferred.
• Experience with Articulate, Rise, Storyline, or similar learning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate onboarding, role readiness, and technical training sessions.
• Conduct demonstrations, practice activities, and knowledge checks.
• Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, attendance tracking, and classroom logistics.
• Maintain accurate learning records and LMS assignments.
• Support learner communications and program coordination.
• Create and update training materials, job aids, guides, presentations, and learning resources.
• Rollout activities and readiness support for process changes, system launches, and new initiatives.
