Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
Experience in asset-based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
Support lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
Participate in weekly loan committee meetings as a representative of Credit Department.
Maintain knowledge of financial industry, economy, and competition.
