Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC in Winston-Salem is seeking a Senior Manager, Credit to lead the credit and collections function across the company’s branch and district network. You will balance hands-on oversight with strategic support for credit risk, cash flow, and policy standardization.

You’ll supervise regional managers, monitor AR, and partner with senior leadership to drive improvements while ensuring compliance with GAAP and lien laws. Moderate travel is required as CBX expands through acquisition.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 5+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in construction or building products.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and accounting skills.
• Ability to travel to other CBX Solutions locations (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor regional Credit Managers, Credit Analysts, and collections staff.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of credit and collections across multiple locations.
• Monitor AR aging and collections to manage outstanding balances.
• Establish and enforce credit policies; update as needed for risk.
• Review and approve credit limits, holds, and terms.
• Ensure accurate processing of credit applications, lien waivers, bonding docs, and personal guaranties.
• Collaborate with leadership to design cash-flow improvements and receivables reduction.
• Standardize policies and systems for newly acquired locations during integration.
• Provide regular reporting on collections and KPIs to Director and leadership.
• Coordinate with banking and credit-card partners; manage external collection attorneys when needed.
• Support sales goals with credit objectives; respond to audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
