Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to oversee regional initiatives, safety, inventory, and branch performance. You will supervise staff, coordinate ERP training, and drive operational improvements across multiple locations.

Travel across the region is required; you will collaborate with Corporate Training and ensure compliance with safety standards while managing purchasing and fleet needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–4 years of operations experience with direct staff supervision.
• 5–10 years in the commercial door and hardware industry.
• Experience using Comsense.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional initiatives such as purchasing, pre-install, and margin enhancement.
• Partner with Corporate Training to develop ERP best practices (Comsense).
• Educate branches regionally to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor material flow in warehouses: receiving, shipping, storage.
• Assist in evaluating and purchasing equipment or vehicles.
• Serve as region safety coordinator and coordinate with inspectors.
• Ensure locations conduct required safety inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and training for equipment and staff.
• Control obsolete/overstock and perform inventory reserve analysis monthly.
• Conduct physical inventories as needed.
• Extensively travel across the region; perform other duties as assigned.
