RedBuilt in Boise, ID is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to lead the credit and accounts receivable function. You will develop and administer credit policies, evaluate risk, establish limits and terms, and guide a team of 3 associates to balance cash flow with growth.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset to support RedBuilt's long-term goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, construction management, or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible commercial credit, collections, accounts receivable, and/or construction management experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of direct supervision and mentoring of direct reports.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day credit and collections activities and coach the team.
• Develop, administer, and apply credit and collection policies for secured and unsecured channels.
• Evaluate credit risk and set customer credit limits and payment terms in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to balance risk and growth.
• Monitor aging, delinquent accounts, and collections; negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare reports on lien notices, aging trends, and collection metrics; manage cash posting activities.
