Job summary

RedBuilt, LLC is seeking a Credit and Collections Manager to lead the day-to-day credit and accounts receivable functions for its Boise, ID operation, with a 1-day-per-week work-from-home option and manager approval. The role develops credit policies, evaluates risk, sets terms, and collaborates across Sales, Project Management, Operations, and Finance.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in commercial credit/collections, strong communication, and coaching skills, plus experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, construction management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years in commercial credit, collections, AR and/or construction management.
• 1–3 years supervising direct reports required.
• Construction industry credit risk and lien/bond experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day credit and collections team; assign work and coach staff.
• Develop and apply credit and collection policies for secured/unsecured channels.
• Evaluate credit risk and set credit limits and terms in NetSuite.
• Set clear credit/payment expectations with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations and Finance to resolve issues.
• Monitor aging, past-due balances, and collection activity; escalate as needed.
• Protect lien/bond rights through notices, waivers, and documentation.
• Prepare recurring credit/collection reports and assist month-end close.
