Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Commercial B2B Credit and Collections experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing credit/collections teams.
• Experience with construction, job sheet, and project-based collections.
• Knowledge of liens, bond claims, and construction collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Commercial Credit and Collections.
• Direct collection activities to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
• Monitor portfolio performance with key metrics (DSO, CEI, aging).
• Develop staff and drive process improvements and compliance.
