Qualifications

• 2+ years in credit & collections, construction industry preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Mgmt. related field preferred.
• Strong analytic and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio assigned by the District Credit Manager.
• Underwrite credit for GC’s/owners, sureties and other parties for new jobs.
• Analyze financial statements and credit services to establish credit extensions within authority.
• Prepare monthly reports on collection issues for management.
• Monitor aging of accounts and determine appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for timely responses and customer experience.
