Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in risk/collections or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL or SAS; ETL experience; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end collections strategies across delinquency stages.
• Cross-functionally design, test, and optimize treatment strategies using data-driven insights.
• Monitor strategy performance and recommend enhancements for sustainable improvements.
• Serve as primary regulatory interface on risk issues for a key business segment.
